Alessandra Cabernet Sauvignon
An elegant Cabernet that is bursting with ripe cassis scented fruit. It has a superb balance and a fruit driven style. Making it a truly food versatile wine.
 
Peachy Canyon "Incredible Red" Zinfandel
Gooseberry and fresh raspberry are especially noticeable in this Zinfandel blend. There is also a hit of black pepper. The spiciness of this wine becomes obvious in the mouth.
 
Jacob's Creek Merlot
In 1847 Johann Gramp, a Bavarian immigrant, planted the Barossa Valley's first vineyard at Jacob's Creek. Soft yet spirited, the crisp Jacob's Creek Merlot is fresh and easy; fine ripe fruit flavors and a smooth finish.
 
Jacob's Creek Shiraz-Cabernet
A superb blend of these two varietals. The bouquet is fresh with spicy berry and a hint of leathery/charry oak.
 
Rosemount Estates Shiraz

Alice Riesling Sekt
Alice was created exclusively from "old vine" Riesling and is produced by a German winery in very small quantities. An excellent accompaniment to seafood and lighter fare.
 
Schlumberger Brut
Good aromatic complexity achieves a good balance due to its fine fruitiness and is especially pleasant to drink. Goes well with smoked foods or salmon dishes and lightly broiled white meats.
 
Mumm NV Extra Dry
Pale yellow color with aromas of fresh and crunchy fruit: apples, citrus fruits, pears. The taste is harmonious and smooth.
 
Dom Perignon
Known for its silky, light and sensual champagnes, Dom Perignon was names in honor of the Benedictine monk who spent 47 years perfecting sparkling wine.
